Very cool handmade carved redware clay bowl in the style of a primitive artifact. (For all we know, it could be an artifact! Or a very old folk art bowl. It was sourced with a collection of very nice Asian pottery.) Features impressed patterns and hatching into the sides and bottom of the bowl, including the base rim, to create a wonderful texture.
We'd style this on a stack of books for an earthy and rustic, warm accent.
