Absolutely stunning set of antique dinner plates by Nymphenburg and designed by Max Rossbach and Hermann Gradl. This is a very rare find, we found only a couple sets that have surfaced in recent years going for thousands at auction or displayed in museums in Germany. The delicate hand painted maidenhair fern design and scalloped edges of the plates are just beautiful. These plates look as if they have never been used and are in pristine condition, save for one very tiny chip on the back of a bread plate, not noticeable from the front.
